Working to help rescue so many children being harmed around the world can absolutely lead to a "loss of enthusiasm," depending on our focus.
If we focus on the stats and horror stories, it's easy to lose that enthusiasm. But if we see the individual child whose life our efforts could change forever, then it's easier to stay enthusiastic.
